exams are all over. i should be happy, but somehow i'm not. oh well, maybe later i will be.

yesterday, math papers were killers. i didn't finish either of them, first one cuz i didn't have time, second one cuz i didn't know how to do it. i didn't care though, last day of exams. and ashvini kept saying how today would be a blast. before i'd gone into the class, blessing told me the date was cancelled, they were watching a tamil movie. and i was supposed to work today, but since we were gonna watch a movie i changed it so that i'd work on thursday and friday to make up for not working today. hmmmmm.

so since we weren't going to watch a movie, remy, dexter, eugene, joel, and me decided to play lan. eugene went there first, remy and dexter had to stay back in school for some moe survey, and joel went with me to go home and change. i'd never have expected that to happen, but it did.

after i finished changing, me and joel went to amk to meet poor eugene, who'd been waiting for like an hour. along the way, i had to control myself not to beat up the little twit for his sanctimonious, patronizing remarks, the little bastard.

anyway, joel's friend was there, so we went to raiders, but we couldn't get in (they didn't allow people under 16 to go in on a school day), so we went to the cheapest lan shop i'd ever seen. not cheap, as in inexpensive, cheap as in crappy. the air conditioning was screwed, the place was hot. crowded, too. but it was ok, so we went in and started playing.

me and joel's friend against eugene and joel. i didn't have to do much, joel's friend's nightstalker did all the work. so i just slacked and watched joel and eugene get owned. remy and dexter came over early, cuz their survey ended at like 12.30. there wasn't any more space in the shop anymore though, so we paid (1.50) and went to orchard.

the one at orchard was a LOT better, the cpu casings looked fricking cool (transparent windows, alienware-esque front panel, fans on the side). really fast too. i saw this guy playing far cry, on pretty high graphics settings.

it wasn't really crowded, so we managed to get computers next to each other. we played 2 games of dota (i was getting bored from being owned). then we played cs, and it was more fair, until two other guys joined the game and started killing everyone. i'd never been owned so badly before.

after we played for 3 hours, we left to watch a movie. by the time we got to shaw house, my head was ready to explode. there weren't any nice movies to watch, to we ate there. by that time my eyes hurt to much i took my contacts off without bothering to follow all the safety guidelines and shit. threw the contacts into my drink, then we left. took 54 with remy back to bishan. bus was crowded, plus i still had the headache. heather called me and told me something that should have cheered me up, but my head hurt so bad i was gonna puke, so i didn't really care.

i got home, and after a while my headache started to go away.

and today, i was late for 'work'. i graded papers, can you believe it.
