HEY sorry to all the guys and girls who messaged me on msn. really sorry, i guess i was sleeping. and anyway my mom didn't let me use it much. so yeah (dammit).

anyway i had a competition on sunday. i got 6th place! damn, that feels good. okay, there were only 2 adult shooters, and the rest of them were around my age.. and the three guys my age were this rich snot from hci (that's what my coach tells me), this guy from cjc (he only got 9 points more than me haha) and this guy from temasek, i think. oh well, i didn't shoot that well, i was really stressed out. i got 560, exactly 280 for each 30 shots. last time i got 288 for my first 30, forgot my last 30. oh well, at least i didn't shoot as bad as i'd thought.

i got home around 5, and packed and stuff. remy came over to return high school musical and borrow stuff. lol. we talked a while, had dinner. then i finished packing and went to sleep at like 11. but i couldn't sleep, dunno why. i woke up at 5.30, got ready and all. i got ALL of the luggage down MYSELF, thanks to my parents. argh. we got to the airport, and when you're checking your luggage in there's a readout that tells you the weight of all the stuff, and the total was around 67 kilos, and heaviest was like 17 kilos. wish i could make my mom tip me, i'd get like 5 dollars. haha.

anyway, my parents and my sister ate at the staff canteen at the airport. i refused to eat any more chinese food, so i sat there and listened to my psp (my ipod's too unreliable now). then we went to the mcdonald's and i ate there. so after that we went to the boarding area but it wasn't open yet, so we waited outside. only 3 people messaged me to say goodbye! sigh. oh well, a couple more messaged me before. so yeah, i wasn't that hurt.

the security finally opened, we went through the metal detectors and x-rays, then waited for 20 minutes in the boarding area. then they annouced that they'd be boarding by rows. me and my sister looked at each other and we were like, oh shit. we had row 64, like right at the back of the plane. but they said families with kids could board first, so my mom told my sis to act like she was 6 (not much of a problem), and we managed to get in.

the flight from singapore to tokyo was like 6 hours. tokyo airport was pretty nice, looked high tech. kinda reminds me of the airport at taipei. there was this HOT girl who boarded the plane in tokyo. i dunno if she can be called a girl, she looked like she was 25. but she was like the typical japanese babe, with like dyed hair and all. ah, come to think of it, she's not THAT hot. then from tokyo to LA was like 12 hours. i got pretty bored on the flight (when i wasn't watching movies). my legs got cramped pretty fast, i must've gone to the bathroom 6 times on the flight from tokyo to LA, just to be able to stretch.

i saw a couple of movies on the flight. i saw pirates 2, scoop, million dollar baby, part of miami vice, part of the illusionist, and almost all of step up. oh yeah, and part of lady in the water. pirates 2 was the most AWESOME movie of all the ones i saw on the plane. it was so hilarious, i love the way jack sparrow runs. yeah, i know it's kinda old now.. but never mind. million dollar baby was a sad movie. but it was awesome too. scoop was pretty funny, but i watched it for jessica alba so.. heh. the swimsuit part was.. *takes a deep breath* NICE. HAHAHA. it wasn't that interesting though, but it was okay. the illusionist bored me, miami vice was boring too (i only saw the front part), lady in the water was boring and kinda stupid, step up was.. i dunno. i guess it's kinda nice. ash is gonna kill me for saying this but i think channing tatum's a beefy version of eminem.

anyway, we arrived at LAX at 11. got all our luggage and stuff. we were expecting the same chinese guy who picked us up all the time, but eleanor was there! me and eleanor, we go way back. like, back to when i was 4. she's 28 now, but we're good friends.

the drive back to eleanor's place took like an hour. we stopped at this italian resaturant for light lunch. the food must've been awesome; i didn't have any of the like, appetizers or anything, i just ate the complimentary bread, it was awesome.

we got to eleanor's place, and it was GREAT. and we get to STAY in it, since there's other guys staying at the place we normally stay in. her place is like, a 2000 or so square foot place, with a backyard in the back that has an awesome view of irvine (her place is on a hill). and her house is split into 2 areas; there's the main house with the living room, dining room, kitchen, garages (2 of them), 2 bedrooms and 1 master bedroom and a laundry room upstairs. VERY big already by singaporean standards, about one and a half hdb flat's put together. but there's another building next to it, a kind of tower that goes up about 50 feet or so. around the middle is a bedroom, furnished and designed almost like a hotel room. another 25 feet up is an office, which is where i'm at now. the computer there is the one from the house i used to stay at, with the 20 inch monitor. hehe, i love 20-inch.

then we went to sam woo, my favorite chinese restaurant. we saw mabel, the head waitress. i saw uncle steve (eleanor's dad, pretty big businessman, but a fun guy) and elim. i think elim's my best friend in america. he loves guns, me and him have the same views on gun laws (they suck). but i was so tired. one time uncle steve asked me about air rifle, i mumbled something like, i'm to tired to think straight. oops, wrong answer. he mumbled something to his wife like, that's not a good answer. i didn't care much though, i was too sleepy. when we got home, i watched tv a little and went straight to sleep. i woke up this morning at like 6, and the sun was up already, but i slept until like 1.30, even with the sun in my eyes. i was that tired.

the weather here is pretty cold, around 12 or so degrees in the day, 10 and lower at night i think. in farenheit (which i'm more familiar with), it's 60 in daytime, 57 and below at night, even lower if it rains. i'm wearing shorts and my fila hoodie now, but my sister's wearing stuff that you'd normally wear when it snows or something. oh well, sisters. they're weird.

i think we're going out later. my dad wants to get sneakers. so yeah, if i'm online or anything and i don't reply, i'm sorry in advance. there's a 15 hour difference, singapore's ahead. so if it's 11 pm there, it's 8 am here. maybe i'll wake up early and sneak in here to talk to you guys. my mom won't be too happy, but i miss you guys too much :(

i'll try to get some pictures posted sometime. ciao.
